These very difficult, unprecedented times continue, so we wanted to update you as to how we are supporting people, how we are adapting and what is currently possible at ARKA.
As of 1st June, we are opening both our offices up albeit in a safe, but limited way.
We will be able to offer face-to-face meetings at both offices to arrange funerals as needed. Additionally, we will still offer Zoom meetings or Skype if people would prefer this although we now know from experience that most people prefer face-to-face where possible.
Appointments will need to be made for meetings at both offices so please call or email to arrange these and we can let you know what to expect.
Also we are opening again for viewings of loved ones, although this will be limited to one visit per family / friendship group and limited to two people during the visit.
Our bespoke options remain reduced but this will change as per government guidance, as soon as we can offer more choice, we will. Due to this we will keep our professional fees at a discount of 10% until things return to somewhere near normality. To allow this to continue we ask for full payment before the funeral date.
It remains the case that funeral attendance is limited dependent on venue but we will advise on what is permissible during the arrangement process.
Some crematoria are offering live screening of ceremonies and again we can advise further when we speak.
Whilst options are so limited we do want to reassure you that people have still been able to carry out beautifully personal and reflective ceremonies in a number of ways. We continue to work to our high standards to try to support you through funeral arrangements.
We are here to answer any questions so please get in touch
