We are putting further measures in place to protect the families and the community we are supporting, We want to make it as clear and succinct as possible while encouraging people to make informed choices. We continue to work respectfully and compassionately, with the focus still being on the deceased and those grieving.
While we remain working at our premises, we are currently unable to offer face-to-face meetings to arrange funerals though we are still here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone and via electronic communication.
Sadly, we cannot provide viewings at this time – this has been a difficult decision to make, but please be assured that we will continue to treat those in our care with the utmost respect and gentleness.
We have been told to limit the number of mourners attending funerals and ask that anyone from the higher risk groups do not attend. At your request, we can film the ceremony and we are also offering ways in which you can participate from a distance.
To enable us to work effectively, we are pulling back on our bespoke options as choices are becoming so limited. We may need to update this again based on government direction. We are also asking crematoria to reduce their fees to allow more financial support for the many who are already struggling. We have reduced our pricing. To allow this to continue we ask for full payment before the funeral date. Please click the PRICES tab at top of this page for current options available.
